With a deep-rooted passion for design and beautiful real estate, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my experience across diverse markets. Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I developed an appreciation for the state's dynamic lifestyle—luxury coastal waterfront properties, serene lake retreats, and tranquil equestrian estates.

My journey has taken me across the country and beyond, from Salem, Oregon, with its distant views of the Willamette River, to the Bay Area waterfronts of Houston, Texas, the charms of Colonial Williamsburg, life along the St. James River, and the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, to finally making Central Florida home since 1991. I have refined my expertise in preparing homes for the market in each location, mastering negotiation strategies, and implementing creative problem-solving techniques.

I am foremost a visionary encourager. My strengths are strategy, restorative, ideation, input, and relator, which enable me to approach and execute challenges with innovation and flexibility.
